Your email

When you enter it to open a guide, the address is saved so the guide stays open on that device. Nothing is sent to you. If you never confirm a weekly email, the address is deleted after 7 days.
When you tick the weekly email, you get one confirmation email. The weekly email only starts after you tap its button. Every weekly email has a one-tap unsubscribe link, and Gmail and Apple Mail show their own unsubscribe button.
With each address we keep the date, the exact sign-up wording you agreed to, which page or link you came from, and a scrambled version of your IP address used only to stop spam sign-ups. The real IP address is never stored.
Your email is never sold or shared. Emails are sent through Cloudflare.

The site counts page views, which buttons and links are pressed, what is typed into the video search, how far pages are read, and the country and connection speed of each visit. This is how the site gets better.
A visit is a random number kept in your browser tab and deleted when you close it. It is not tied to your email, your IP address or anything that names you. The site uses no ad trackers and no third-party analytics.

qf_access and qf_in remember that this device opened the guides, for one year. Nothing else.
The bot check on the email form is Cloudflare Turnstile. It may process information about your browser to tell people from bots; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
A TikTok video only loads when you press play. TikTok's player then sets TikTok's own cookies.
